Offered by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA)-funded National Training and Technical Assistance Partners (NTTAP) on Clinical Workforce Development at the Connecticut Primary Care Association Annual Conference, this 60-minute breakout session will explore behavioral health integration through the lens of collaborative care models that blend brief interventions, case management, and psychiatric consultation into primary care. Presenters from Community Health Center, Inc. (CHCI) will share best practices and lessons learned, as well as insights from their Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Residency Program to support workforce development and sustainable behavioral health integration.
